Project Overview

The Chocolate Quarter is a prestigious development of the former Cadbury’s chocolate factory in Keynsham. This involved forming a multi-use development including sheltered residential accommodation, care home, doctor’s surgery, car park, leisure facilities, restaurant and offices.

We have provided the site-wide fire detection and alarm system, utilising a network of 10 control and repeater panels and over 2000 devices of various types to meet the diverse detection needs of a project of this type. We also provided an extensive refuge communication system.
