Project Overview

This vast new student accommodation required both extensive detection and a complex cause and effect configuration to meet both the fire safety requirements and the need to minimise unwanted fire signals. Additionally, the client needed to be able to manage any evacuation in a safe and effective manner, with over 900 students on site.

We have provided a detection and alarm system comprising a 9-panel network and over 2000 devices to meet these needs.
